Kaldu sapi

Ingredients:
* 1 kg tulang sapi (bisa pakai iga sapi moms)
* 1 liter air
* 2 bawang merah, iris halus
* 2 bawang putih, iris halus
* 1/2 ruas jari jahe, di memarkan
* 2 lembar daun salam

Directions:
1. Didihkan air. Masukkan semua bahan sekaligus dan rebus dengan api kecil selama 30 menit.
2. Angkat dan saring.
3. Kaldu siap dipake atau disimpan sebagai stok.
