Kaldu sayur

Bahan :

  • 500 gram tulang ayam
  • 1 liter air
  • 1 buah wortel, iris kasar
  • 1/2 butir bawang bombay, iris kasar
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 2 batang seledri, iris kasar
  • 1/4 garam
Cara membuat :
  1. Rebus tulang ayam dalam 1 liter air
  2. Teruskan merebus hingga air kaldu tersisa 750ml
  3. Masukkan semua bahan dan rebus selama 15 menit
  4. Angkat dan saring kaldunya.
