Kaldu kaki ayam

Bahan :

  • 5 buah kaki ayam
  • 1 liter air
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
  • 1 buah tomat, iris halus
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 2 batang seledri
  • 1/4 sdt garam
Cara membuat :
  1. Rebus kaki ayam dengan air hingga airnya tersisa 750ml
  2. Masukkan semua bahan dan rebus selama 15 menit
  3. Angkat dan saring
  4. Ambil kaldunya.
